this + this + this = ME?? well, sort of--maybe i'll look like that chick in a few months? ha. i decided to mix up our usual walk with a run. not sure what i was thinking pushing an extra 40 pounds around. i am sure it was quite the sight for all to see, but it felt pretty good. the girls loved it and sophie was right at home running like a mad dog. i tried to convince chris to take her running months ago, but he complained he didn't like running outside. i guess it may be my undertaking. we'll see how my legs feel in the morning.
