we've finished week 2. it has been a challenge as chris was away and i was doing my single parenting thing. all in all we did pretty well. we decided to break out the measuring tape to give ourselves an extra boost of motivation. this is what we discovered.
kara--lost 3 inches in EACH leg; 1/2 inch around my chest; 1 inch around my waist= 7.5 inches lost!
chris--lost 1.5 inches around his hips; 1 inch around his chest; 1.5 inches around his waist; 1 inch around his legs=5 inches lost!
kara -5 pounds total
Chris -6 pounds total
we're thrilled with these great results. we are adding a bit more cardio this week, so hopefully the progress will keep coming.
